Live Poker HUD Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Live Poker HUD (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. About Live Poker HUD

Live Poker HUD is a mobile app for local-first live poker player tracking, hand logging, notes, and later review.

The App is intended as a personal study and record-keeping tool. It does not let users play poker hands, exchange money, enter contests, or receive real-time advice.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You are responsible for using the App only where and how it is lawful and permitted. You must comply with all applicable laws, location rules, event rules, platform rules, and game integrity requirements.

You agree not to use the App:

• To cheat, collude, gain an unfair advantage, or violate rules of any poker room, event, online platform, or private game.
• To use the App for activity prohibited by law.
• To harass, defame, or unlawfully profile other people.
• To attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the App or its services.

3. Local Data and Backups

The App stores poker-related data, including players, sessions, hands, statistics, notes, tags, and import/export files, primarily on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, including any manual JSON exports you choose to create. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, deletion, app removal, operating system changes, failed imports, or other events outside our control.

4. Accounts

The App may allow optional account sign-in. Account features are intended for authentication and future account-linked capabilities. In the current local-first version, poker data does not automatically sync across devices unless a future version explicitly provides sync functionality.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Live Poker HUD may offer an optional premium subscription ("Live Poker HUD Pro") through Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat subscription management.

Premium may include higher or unlimited app limits, such as additional active players or hand history capacity, and other paid features shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Subscription products may include:

• Monthly subscription: premium_monthly_subscription
• Yearly subscription: premium_yearly_subscription

The exact price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

6. Auto-Renewal, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are handled by Apple. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

We do not process your payment card information and cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify Apple subscriptions on your behalf. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

7. Free Features and Premium Limits

The App may provide a free tier with usage limits. Premium access may remove or increase those limits while your subscription is active.

If your subscription expires, is canceled, fails to renew, or cannot be verified, your account may return to the free tier. Existing local data is not intentionally deleted solely because a subscription ends, but adding new players, saving new hands, or importing data may be restricted by the free-tier limits.

8. No Professional Advice

The App provides tracking, notes, and statistics based on information you enter. It does not provide legal, financial, professional poker, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and conduct.

9. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

Poker statistics may be incomplete or approximate because they depend on the hands, actions, and notes you manually record.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, lost winnings, lost opportunities, or game-related disputes arising from your use of the App.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including:

• Apple for App Store distribution and in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement verification.
• Supabase for optional authentication features.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply unless these Terms provide a separate valid end user license agreement. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy on this page.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Live Poker HUD Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchases. You can manage, cancel, or review your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

We do not process payment card details and cannot directly cancel or refund Apple subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Data and Backups

Poker data is stored locally on your device. If you are contacting support about missing data, please mention whether the app was deleted, the device was changed, or an import/export file was used.

Response Time

We aim to respond to support requests as soon as reasonably possible, but response times may vary.
